Terry Kilrea to run in Bay ward?

I was as shocked as everyone else this morning while listening to CFRA at approximately 11:45 when it was announced that Terry Kilrea was stepping away from a four year run at the Mayor's chair in our City of Ottawa.

My father was watching the news at six on A Channel when the anchor who interviewed Mr. Kilrea asked about the four wards where he apparently is contemplating running for councillor. She pressed him by asking about why he rented office space on Richmond Road. He responded by saying that she clearly had done her homework.

Might Terry Kilrea take a run at Alex Cullen?
